For over 20 years, Angela LaVista has been designing spaces that do more than look beautiful — they work. She started her career in commissioned furniture sales in Chicago, where she learned to walk up to a stranger and, within minutes, understand what their home needed. Her first big client relationship began when she actually talked her client out of buying something that just didn't feel right! She gave up the sale opportunity and their impulse buy and that honesty paid off! Who talks someone out of buying something beautiful? Someone you can trust! From there, she spent years at the Merchandise Mart mastering the full lifecycle of a project: sourcing, procurement, markets, vendors.
Her own firm grew naturally — more clients, more referrals, more trust. And at the heart of every project is the same question Angela asks first: How do you actually live?
